Gift of life stories

Those who give the "Gift of Life" are truly heroes to many. By sharing the story of their life and donation through submitting a Gift of Life Story, families have the opportunity to honor their donor and inspire others to also say "yes" to organ and tissue donation.

What happens after I submit a Gift of Life Story?

  1. Stories are reviewed by the Family Services team who will reach out to you to confirm your submission and answer any questions you may have.
  2. The Family Services team will email a release form that documents formal authorization for CDT to share your Gift of Life Story.
  3. Stories will be posted to the Gift of Life Story webpage and may also be shared on social media.
